Wow!!! What a bod!!! Okay, I can see Ali Sefra has what I consider to be a mild case of cellulite. It doesn't look bad. At least, not to me. If she seriously wants to get rid of her cellulite, all she has to do is change her diet and lifestyle and that should do the trick. Despite the cellulite, Ali is still a babe full of hotness.;-)
