...so as of yesterday I'm the proud owner of a small appartment, which I bought as an investment. I wanted to buy something since quite awhile, but never really went through with it, because somebody always told me not do it, because of possible problems with tenant and other stuff. I'll keep you posted if this investment goes sideways...hehe. A thing that never goes wrong are...wait for it...TWINS. Esp. Sexy Twins. Check out our wonderful gallery:

| do the rental thing, it cant go bad, just make sure u check the refrences and credit of the poeple you are renting to. I have 6 right now, thats what i been doing with all my spare change. keep buying more, and take huge deposits, you should be set! congrats man! |
